Elevated led the mass timber erection of a new seven classroom TimberQuest building on an existing campus, including a combination of CLT and Glulam walls and roofing. The exterior walls were clad with water resistant barriers, insulation, and cementitious siding surrounded by flashings and break metals. Elevated completed the interior framing of partition walls for new classrooms, restrooms, and teacher lounges and installed millwork. Elevated also provided rough carpentry services, including mechanical curbs, duct penetration framing, and the installation of a new roof screen.

Elevated provided rough carpentry services for a new, state-of the art, 240-bed Navigation Center that serves the homeless or at-risk residents of the County of San Mateo. Elevated supplied and installed Ceraclad siding at the dining hall, community building, and two three-story, stand-alone elevator towers. They supplied and installed 13,600 s.f. of Dasso decking throughout three multi story buildings and installed exterior aluminum flashing at each unit’s adjoining walls. In addition, Elevated provided roof curb framing at the dining hall and community buildings and completed millwork and cabinet installation for over 160 units. The project also included wood cladding for a smoking shelter and Elevated furnished and installed shade sails throughout the campus.

Elevated provided building and site specialties services for this conversion of an existing 400,000 s.f. Class-A, nine-story office building to one that supports life science tenants. This included furnishing and installation of fire extinguishers and fire extinguisher cabinets, fiber reinforced plastic, corner guards, toilet accessories, and toilet partitions.
